I would say third class response time. I sent them the prescription in the morning and till 7pm no revert. One should not always see the discount part but the service is more important. NetMed you are selling medicine and you need to be quick on responding. 1mg is far far better than you.
UI was good & easy. Was able to search and place the order of my medicines with without any problem. My medicines were delivered within the time frame shared by them which was great. Only thing they need to change is the prescription verification should be done quicker.
